Welcome to OINK Design Studio LTD. We run the website thisisoink.com, and we’re registered in England and Wales under company number 16226682.

These terms explain how we sell our products—both standard and bespoke—and what you can expect when you shop with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally, so feel free to check back.

PRICES

All prices are listed on our website and we do not charge VAT. Delivery charges are added at checkout based on the weight of your order. If you're ordering from outside the UK, you may need to pay import duties—these are your responsibility.

We do our best to keep prices accurate, but we may need to adjust them occasionally due to admin errors or changes beyond our control.

BESPOKE ORDERS

Bespoke orders depend on our workshop schedule at the time of enquiry. We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due before we ship your order.

PAYMENT

We use Squarespace Payments to process online orders securely. This includes services from Stripe (for payments) and Sift (for fraud protection). You can read their privacy policies at stripe.com/privacy and sift.com/service-privacy

For bespoke orders, we’ll send you an invoice and you can pay by bank transfer.

LEAD TIMES

All our products are made to order, so there’s a production lead time. Lead times for product orders can vary and we reserve the right to amend at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes to lead times prior to their order being fulfilled. Please refer to lead times in individual product details prior to placing you order.

We’ll agree on a timeline for bespoke items during the design process. If anything changes, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

ONLINE PURCHASES

We aim to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check the measurements listed on each product page carefully.

If you're ordering a bespoke mirror, ensure the dimensions you provide are correct. Once production starts, changes may incur extra costs.

MATERIALS

We use natural materials, which means each piece is unique. Variations in colour, grain, and knots are part of the charm. These materials can also shift slightly with changes in temperature and humidity. By placing an order, you’re accepting these natural variations—they’re not considered faults and aren’t eligible for refunds.

RETURNS

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for details. In short, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for made to order items unless they’re faulty.

CARE & REPAIR

We want our products to have long lifespans. You’ll find care tips on each product page. If you need help with repairs, just get in touch—we’re happy to advise.
